Monthly parking permits are sold on FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED basis. A permit does not guarantee that there will always be a parking space available. Monthly permits are not assigned a specific space. A current parking permit must be completely and clearly visible at all times while parked.
Permits will only be honored in valid permit parking spaces. In locations that have areas or spaces designated as "Permit Only," such as the City Park Garage, permits are NOT valid in metered spaces or other areas outside of the permit-only area, and vehicles parked in non-permit spaces will be cited for overtime parking. If permit-only spaces are full and the vehicle is parked in a metered space, the meter must be paid.
