Syracuse Hancock International Airport
Syracuse Hancock International Airport is a joint civil-military public airport located 4 NM (7.4 km; 4.6 mi) northeast of Syracuse, in Onondaga County, New York, off of Interstate 81 near Mattydale, New York. The main terminal complex is located at the eastern end of Colonel Eileen Collins Boulevard.
The Syracuse region receives an average 124 inches (289.56 cm) of snow annually, most of any major city in the United States. On average, the airport is closed less than 24 hours annually due to snowfall. The airport has received the Balchen/Post Award for Excellence in the Performance of Snow and Ice Control a total of seven times, most recently in 2006.

With Hancock's new Pay & Go system, you have the option to pay with cash or credit inside the terminal at one of our five new easy-to-use kiosks. Simply make your payment at the kiosk, grab your receipt, use a specially-marked Express exit lane, and you're on your way!
It's easier to find a parking space!
Make your way into the terminal more quickly thanks to large, new illuminated signs which have been added at the entrances to the garage showing which levels have open parking spaces and which levels are full.
Cash, Credit, Pay & Go Lanes!
To speed you on your way after your trip to Hancock Airport, there are now specific exit lanes for cash, credit, or Pay & Go. These lanes are clearly marked with new signs above each lane.
Short Term / Long Term!
New signs indicate that open lots are available for both short- and long-term parking.
Travel Advisories!
A new 13-foot LED sign is being added to the exit booth area that will feature important information about highway construction delays and about winter storm warnings which may affect the drive to your destination.
E-ZPass Plus!
Now available at the airport E-ZPass Plus! Easy and convenient to use, please You can enroll for E-ZPass Plus from this link. Remember, when using E-ZPass to park at the airport, you still need to take a ticket upon entering the parking facility, and have it with you when exiting through the E-ZPass Plus Dedicated Lane.
