Visitors are encouraged to park in the Hourly Deck when picking up family and friends. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes and then costs $3 per 60 minutes with a maximum daily rate of $17.
Another option is to park in the Cell Phone Waiting Lot. Just wait in your vehicle and ask your passenger to contact you when they claim their luggage, then drive to the Baggage Claim area to pick them up.
