Enjoy unlimited in-and-out privileges. You may park your vehicle 24/7; however, drop-off and pick up must be within the following hours: Monday to Sunday 6am to 10pm.

This rate is only for sedans/oversized vehicles. No commercial vehicles allowed.

IMPORTANT:

GARAGE ENTRY IS ON 42-14 Orchard St.

(1) Monthly parking starts on the 1st of the month. If you choose a start date after the 1st of the month, please note your parking pass will expire on the last day (i.e., 30th or 31st) of the same calendar month. FOR ANY QUESTIONS CONTACT jordan.charles@reimaginedparking.com

(2) You will receive instructions to register your monthly parking with facility management via email. This step needs to be completed BEFORE you start parking, so please plan accordingly. (It is recommended that you book two business days ahead of your start date).

(3) This monthly purchase requires a two-month commitment. ParkWhiz only handles the first month; for Month 2 onward, you will pay Impark directly. You may cancel your monthly parking with a thirty (30) day notice.

(4) There is an additional one-time $40 permit fee (to be paid on-site).
