Monthly Fee Details

Monthly Parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Pick-up and drop-off must be between the hours of: Monday - Sunday: 5:00AM - 11 PM. Vehicles are not allowed to be stored at the lot.

It is recommended that you book at least 3 business days ahead of your start date, as you would need to register your vehicle with facility management before you can start parking.

Please take note:

(1) It is recommended that you sign up as close to the 1st of the month as possible.

(2) ParkWhiz only handles the first month. For the second month onward, you will pay the garage directly .

(3) You will receive instructions to register your monthly purchase with Ace Parking via email and you MUST wait for management to respond before you start parking.
