LAZ Parking - Observer Park Garage

24/7 monthly parking at a self-park garage with unlimited in-and-out privileges.

You will receive instructions to contact LAZ Parking via email. This step needs to be completed BEFORE you start parking, as the garage is not manned.

Monthly Parking starts on the 1st of the month. There is no prorated pricing. The month begins on the 1st of the month and no matter when you pay or when you start the full monthly amount is owed and its period is the 1st through the end of that same month.

This promotional rate is guaranteed for 1 month, and is subject to the following conditions:

1. Offer only available to new monthly customers.

2. There is an additional $25 non-refundable fee for the access card (to be paid at the garage).

3. Purchase must not be more than 45 days in advance of start date.

4. This is the sedan rate, not valid for full-size SUVs, crossovers, minivans, or exotic luxury vehicles.

If any of the above conditions are not met, your booking may be cancelled at the request of the management.
