Parking Permits In order to managing the on-street parking system, the Parking Management also issues the parking permits which includes Residential permits, commercial loading/unloading, meter bagging, Valet permits, Newsrack permits. Parking meters are enforced Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except where posted signs indicate otherwise. Parking meters are not enforced on Official City Holidays.
